Shipping & Returns

We want your BlancheWear experience to feel as considered as the garments themselves. Below you will find everything you need to know about how your order travels to you, and what to do if something isn't right.

1. Shipping

BlancheWear ships within the United States only at this time. All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of placement. Once shipped, domestic delivery typically arrives within 2–5 business days depending on your location.

You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a second notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. BlancheWear is not responsible for delays caused by carrier disruptions or circumstances outside of our control once an order has been dispatched.

2. Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

Approved returns will be issued as store credit or an exchange — we do not offer refunds to the original payment method. Store credit does not expire and can be applied to any future BlancheWear order.

3. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Returned within 30 days of the delivery date
  • Unworn and in original condition
  • All original tags attached
  • Free from perfume, deodorant, or any signs of wear

We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet these conditions. Items that arrive back to us outside of policy will be returned to the sender.

4. Return Shipping Costs

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, return shipping costs will be covered by BlancheWear. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can provide a prepaid return label and make it right.

For all other returns — including change of mind or size exchanges — return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as BlancheWear cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit on their way back to us.

5. How to Initiate a Return

To begin a return or exchange, please reach out to us via our Contact page within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order details and the reason for your return, and we will respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.

Please do not ship items back without first contacting us, as unrequested returns may not be processed.

6. Final Sale Items

All BlancheWear items are offered at full price. There are currently no sale or discounted items in our collections.
